Before returning, exchanging or cancelling any products please consider the following given points.

Returns Acceptable in Following Cases only:

• Damage product delivered to the customer.
• Wrong product delivered to the customers.

Points to be considered in Replacement Process:

• Your requested will only be accepted within 72 hours from the day of delivery.
• The products will be replaced only if the product is unused, should be packed in the original packing with all the tags on their place, if the tags are being found missing then the products will not be returned.
• Product will be replacement in case of damage, wrong product, faulty product. Customer will get replacement shipped out within 7 days.
• Whenever our courier partner is not available in a given locality, the customer has to self-ship the product from his/her side, we will pay the shipping charges to the customer after receiving the courier bill and verifying all the parameters.
• The product should be repacked in safe condition for shipment.
